30 daily commitments · 4 weekly commitments

You're not lazy. You're tired of starting.

You know exactly what you'd need to do. You've written the list. You've bought the journal. You've had the conversation with yourself at 11pm about how Monday is going to be different.

And then Monday arrives. Life arrives with it. By Thursday you're quietly disappointed in yourself again.

The problem was never your ambition. It was the size of what you were asking of yourself. Nobody can sustain a total transformation. Everybody can sustain one small commitment. The thing stopping most women is not the plan. It's the first action.

What CCC stands for

Confidence. Consistency. Capital.

Three things that look enormous from a distance and are built the same small way up close. One commitment at a time.

C

Confidence

Not becoming someone else. Bringing the best out of who you already are. Everybody is unique and everybody is the best at being themselves. Confidence is what's left when you stop performing.

C

Consistency

The first action is the hardest. Then it gets easier. Then it becomes addictive. Consistency isn't built on the days you feel motivated. It's built on the days you don't and you show up anyway.

C

Capital

Built by putting your money and your time in the right places. Small steps of action snowball into big moves. It starts with where your next thirty minutes go.

The mechanics

Here's exactly how it works.

01

You join the group

On 1 September you're added to a private WhatsApp community of women doing this alongside you. Not a broadcast list. A room.

02

You get one commitment a day

Every morning, one small commitment. It takes thirty minutes or less. Some days it's an action. Some days it's a question. Each one builds your confidence, your consistency or your capital.

03

You make one bigger commitment a week

Every week you set one weekly commitment. Something that stretches you further than a daily step. The dailies keep you moving. The weekly is where the snowball starts.

04

You keep the commitment and you say so

You do the thing and you post it in the group. That's it. That's the entire mechanic. Being witnessed is what makes it stick.

05

Antoinette shows up with you

Voice notes through the week. Not a faceless programme. Her actual voice in your phone on the days it's hard.

Who's running this

Meet Antoinette

Antoinette is the oldest of three, raised by Ghanaian parents, and went into finance after university. Nothing about her start was unusual. That's the point. She's a normal woman who understood one thing early: small steps of action snowball into big moves.

She also knows what it costs to rebuild yourself. A traumatic birth with her first child brought her close to death, and what came after was not a comeback story. It was a slow rebuilding of confidence from someone who didn't have much of it into someone certain of exactly who she is. Not by changing into someone else. By bringing the best out of who she already was.

You don't have impostor syndrome when you are just being yourself. She deleted hers, and now she tells her story on stage.

Today Antoinette holds a multimillion pound property portfolio across several countries and is invested in real estate, venture capital, hospitality, stocks and food and beverage across Kenya, the UK and the UAE. She speaks to thousands about property and investing, and her real passion is helping women build their confidence, their consistency and their capital by putting their money and their time in the right places.

It was a journey. The first action is the hardest. Then it gets easier. Then it becomes addictive. This Challenge exists to get you through that first action.

What you need to take part

  • Thirty minutes a day. Genuinely thirty.
  • A notebook. Any notebook. The one in your drawer is fine.
  • WhatsApp, and the willingness to be seen trying.

That's everything. There is nothing to buy.

The Challenge runs once.

This isn't an evergreen download that sits in your inbox. It runs on set dates with a real group of women and it starts when it starts. If you miss it, the next one isn't for months.

We'll email you straight away. You'll be added to the WhatsApp group on 1 September, not before. So don't worry if it's quiet until then.

Before you ask

Questions, answered honestly

Is it really free?
Yes. There's nothing to pay and nothing to buy. Near the end of the month you'll hear about the six month programme, and you're free to ignore that entirely and just take the thirty days.
How much time does it take?
Thirty minutes a day. The daily commitments are deliberately designed to survive a bad day. The weekly commitment takes more intention, and you choose when in the week it happens.
What if I miss a day?
You miss a day. Then you keep the next day's commitment. The Challenge has no streak to break. That's the point of it.
Do I have to post in the group?
It works far better if you do, and most women find that's the part that changes things. But nobody will chase you.
I'm not in the UK. Can I join?
Yes. Antoinette splits her time between Kenya, the UK and the UAE, and the community reflects that. Women take part from all over. Prompts land in the morning and it doesn't matter where you open them.
Will my number be shared?
Your number is used to add you to the WhatsApp community and nothing else. Other members will see your name and number in the group, as in any WhatsApp group.
What happens after the thirty days?
You'll have thirty days of proof that you follow through, and an invitation to go much deeper if you want it. No obligation either way.
What if I've tried things like this before and stopped?
Then you're exactly who this is for. The first action is the hardest. It gets easier. Then it becomes addictive. This month exists to get you past the first action.

Thirty days from now, you'll either have the proof or the same doubt.

It costs you nothing but thirty minutes a day. The only real question is whether you're willing to commit to yourself for a month.
